HOW DOES TENUATE DIET PILL WORK?
Drugs of this class are thought to suppress appetite via a central mechanism (appetite centers in the brain) although this has mechanism has not been clearly proven.
HOW TO TAKE TENUATE :
Tenuate dospan diet pill is best taken once a day in the mid morning. This sustained-release or long acting product must be swallowed whole. Crushing or chewing them will destroy the long action and may cause increased Tenuate side effects. Tenuate (25-milligrams tablets) is best taken on an empty stomach; one hour before breakfast each morning. It may be taken again in mid evening if needed to suppress night hunger. Take this medication as prescribed. Do not take tenuate diethylpropion more often or longer than directed. Use in combination with other appetite suppressant medicine is generally not recommended.

MILD POSSIBLE TENUATE SIDE EFFECTS:
Blurred vision, dry mouth, sleeplessness, irritability, stomach upset or constipation may occur the first few days as your body adjusts to the medication. Other adverse events include central nervous system effects, gastrointestinal disturbances, and changes in libido. If these effects persist or become bothersome, you may have to discontinue use. Exercise caution when prescribing anti-obesity drugs for patients with hypertension. If this medication makes you dizzy or lightheaded, avoid driving or engaging in activities requiring alertness. Alcohol can increase unwanted side effects of dizziness. Limit its use.
MODERATE TENUATE DOSPAN SIDE EFFECTS
Chest pain, pounding heart, difficulty urinating, breathing difficulties or swelling while taking this medication.
SEVERE TENUATE DOSPAN GENERIC SIDE EFFECTS
Primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH) and cardiac valvular disease have been reported in patients receiving a combination of phentermine and fenfluramine (phen-fen) or dexfenfluramine. The possibility of an association between PPH and the use of TENUATE alone cannot be ruled out.
CONTRAINDICATIONS ON USING TENUATE DOSPAN
Tenuate dospan is contraindicated in patients with arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, and moderate to severe hypertension.

Well, Tenuate Worked!
I order generic Tenuate DOSPAN medicine for four months about a year ago when I got so desperate to lose weight that I was finally wiling to try a type of pill I would normally avoid. I can say that Tenuate pill do what it promises – as soon as I started on the Tenuate pills, I almost completely lost my appetite. I never felt hungry, and food just suddenly seemed something I didn’t need or want. I lost weight VERY quickly on this. The downside is that Tenuate med is basically just another form of speed, and that is what it feels like. I didn’t get nervous, but I didn’t want to sleep either. In fact, I couldn’t sleep without taking a sedative every night. Plus since I wasn’t really eating AT ALL, I became malnourished very quickly. I would rate this pill as effective but dangerous. On the other hand, using Tenuate for four months broke my unhealthy chocolate and fatty meat cravings, and I had no trouble keeping the weight off after I went off the pills.
