ABOUT RICE DIET
Rice is one of the ancient grain crops in the world and it has nowadays the first place on the kitchen. The most important rice qualities are high sustenance and compatibility with other products such as meat, chicken, fish, sea food or vegetables. The use of rice for human organism is well-known that’s why it has to be healthy nutrition basis. But this is not all. Rice can absorb and deduce from organism salts, slag and other harmful substances. So it’s not surprising that rice is a base for many diets (so-called rice diets) and also is the important component for different organism cleaning methods. Any type of rice diets would be good for those liking rice. Also almost everybody in the age of 40 would like to lose excess weight (this is naturally as muscle bulk is decreasing and fat is increasing thanks to hormone rebuilding). In this age our human organism starts to accumulate water. That’s why rice diet is the best variant for those under 40 as rice takes out liquid perfectly, “drains’ us.
Rice diet in one of the most “strict” variants is next – to eat one glass of boiled rice in small portions and drink several glasses of apple juice during the day. If you feel intense hunger, you may eat during the day 2-3 green apples. Duration of such rice diet variant – from 1 to 3 days, one-day variant could be repeated once per week, three-day – once per month.
Possibly such variant of rice diet seems to be hard for you, so you may try another one. Take bigger portion of rice, 500gr for a day, boil it and add some fish, meat (only fatless), vegetables or fruits (carrot, onion, green peas, corn, raisins etc.) You may cook many different meals with rice that’s why it wouldn’t be hard for you to use this rice diet variant. Only obey one obligatory condition – total quantity of all “supplements” shouldn’t be more than 200gr per day. Moreover, it’s possible to eat half kilo of fruits per day between main food intakes, drink non-sweet juices (better from apples), tea without sugar, water and mineral water. Duration of rice diet 7 -10 days, but it is possible to repeat it twice per month.
If you want to use rice diet with preliminary menu, here is such a variant which lasts from 7 days minimally to 14 days maximally. It’s necessary to use unrefined rice (like for any other rice diet variants): instead of refined rice it contains enough quantity of B group vitamins.
RICE DIET PLAN
Rice Diet. Day 1
Breakfast – an apple, rice (60gr of dry grains) with dried lemon and several drops of lemon juice, green tea; dinner – vegetable broth, vegetable salad (150gr), rice with greens, fruit vinegar (1 tea spoon) and olive oil (1 tea spoon); supper – vegetable broth, boiled rice with carrot and marrow.

Breakfast – an orange, rice with dried lemon and sour crиme (1 tea spoon); dinner – vegetable broth with boiled vegetables and rice; supper – like dinner;
Rice Diet. Day 3
Breakfast – a pear, rice with cinnamon; dinner – vegetable broth, cucumber salad with vinegar and olive oil, rice with 150gr of mushrooms fried on olive oil; supper – vegetable broth, rice with boiled broccoli
Rice Diet. Day 4
Breakfast – fruit salad with 1-2 table-spoons of rice flakes, rice with milk or crиme; dinner – vegetable broth, radish with some lettuce, rice with boiled carrot; supper – vegetable broth, rice with parsley and some sunflower seeds.
Rice Diet. Day 5
Breakfast – rice with grapes and raisins and 1 tea spoon of ground almonds; dinner – vegetable broth, rice with large quantity of greens and boiled vegetables with 1 table-spoon of olive oil; supper – vegetable broth, rice with 1 table-spoon of ground walnuts, 2 table-spoons of green onions and 2 table-spoons of ground celery or parsley root, boiled spinach
Rice Diet. Day 6
Breakfast – rice with 2 dates, 4 walnuts, 1-2 dried figs and 1 pear; dinner – vegetable broth, rice with raw vegetables (cucumber, sweet pepper), meant and 1 table-spoon of olive oil; supper – vegetable broth, rice with 1-2 sliced apples, 1 table-spoon of crиme or sour crиme and Ѕ tea spoon of honey
Rice Diet. Day 7
Breakfast – rice with apple and pear (sliced), several drops of lemon juice and 1 tea spoon of honey, Ѕ portion of yogurt; dinner – vegetable broth, portion of green salad, rice with 1 tomato and boiled green haricot; supper – vegetable broth, rice with boiled marrow, 1 tea spoon of unrefined olive oil, 5 olives, basil.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT RICE DIET
It’s possible to drink mineral water, green tea or herbs extract, fresh juices between each food intakes. If you cannot live without coffee, you may drink it but limited quantity and of course without sugar. After the last rice diet day eat few meat and milk products, cook for dinner and supper unrefined cereals (rice, macaroni, gray bread and bread with bran). This diet is good to take out slag and salt sediments from organism. While using any variant of rice diet it’s recommended to eat potassium (in tablets) to avoid shortage of this vitally important element for our organism (rice takes our potassium salts from organism as well)
And the last – you may lose 1 kilo for 3 days and 3 kilos for one week by being on rice diet. 100gr of boiled rice contains only 109 calories, so eat with pleasure and lose your weight.
