ABOUT PROTEIN DIET
Protein diet is based mainly on proteins and is good for those who dream to loose weight without special efforts. All proteins (meat, fish, cottage cheese, eggs) are allowed in unlimited quantity, but almost all carbohydrates are excluded from menu. It’s necessary to eat only small quantity of bread, macaroni, potato, vegetable oils and fats, but large quantity of meat and fish with salads, vegetables and fruits.

HOW PROTEIN DIET WORKS
How does this works? The organism without carbohydrates surge starts to suffer from hunger even if it’s full with proteins, and starts to empty secret carbohydrates reserves. At the same time water is removed from organism. This makes good effect at once: almost three kilos are lost for the first days! After there is proteins reserving on muscles and only after this fats start to split.

Protein diet can help you to lose from 3 to 8 kilos per week but it’s not recommended to use it more than 14 days (because of small carbohydrates quantity it can cause renal insufficiency and gout).

The most important in this diet is to obey exact consistency and not to change days with menus. Use only those products mentioned in the diet and don’t make any exceptions. Quantity of food can verify according to personal tolerance. Drink boiled or mineral water during the whole day (not less than 1, 5 liters). The main thing is not to stretch from distance and to continue to eat reasonably and correctly after diet end. Do not forget about physical exercises: protein diet combination with then could fix diet results for many years.

2 WEEKS PROTEIN DIET MENU
Day 1
Breakfast – a cup of black coffee; dinner – several hard-boiled eggs, salad from boiled cabbage with oil, a glass of tomato juice; supper – boiled or fried fish

Day 2
Breakfast – a cup of black coffee, a cracker; dinner – boiled or fried fish, salad from fresh cabbage and vegetables with oil; supper – 200gr of boiled beef, a glass or sour milk

Day 3
Breakfast – a cup of black coffee, a cracker; dinner – one big marrow fried in oil, apples; supper – two hard-boiled eggs, 200gr of boiled beef, salad from fresh cabbage with oil

Day 4
Breakfast – a cup of black coffee; dinner – one raw egg, three big boiled carrots with oil, 15gr of hard cheese; supper – fruits

Day 5
Breakfast – raw carrot with lemon juice; dinner – large boiled or fried fish, a glass of tomato juice; supper – fruits

Day 6
Breakfast – a cup of black coffee; dinner – half of boiled chicken, salad from fresh cabbage or carrot; supper – two hard boiled eggs, raw carrot with oil

Day 7
Breakfast – a cup of tea; dinner – 200gr of boiled beef, fruits; supper – any variant of suppers from this diet except 3d day

Day 8
Breakfast – a cup of tea; dinner – 200gr of boiled beef, fruits; supper – any variant of supper from this diet except 3d day

Day 9
Breakfast – a cup of black coffee; dinner – half of boiled chicken, salad from fresh cabbage or carrot; supper – two hard boiled eggs, raw carrot with oil

Day 10
Breakfast – raw carrot with lemon juice; dinner – large boiled or fried fish, a glass of tomato juice; supper – fruits

Day 11
Breakfast – a cup of black coffee; dinner – one raw egg, three big boiled carrots with oil, 15gr of hard cheese; supper – fruits

Day 12
Breakfast – a cup of black coffee, a cracker; dinner – one big marrow fried in oil, apples; supper – two hard-boiled eggs, 200gr of boiled beef, salad from fresh cabbage with oil

Day 13

PROTEIN DIET CAUTION
After 14 days it’s better to stop protein diet and if you want to repeat it, do this not earlier than after 2 years. Though weight lose process is slow, the results of protein diet are rather stable. In spite of this fat the diet has several minuses. Eating large quantity of animal food increase cholesterol level in blood and gives pressure to kidneys. Taking into account the quantity of proteins, it’s not recommended to eat before going to bed in order not to burden organism. Also it’s not recommended for oldsters and very fat people to use this diet – protein increases blood coagulability and there could be risk for thromboses. Instead the diet will fit to active young men and women who will try to eat right after finishing this diet and not forget about physical exercises.
