ABOUT JAPANESE DIET
“Japanese diet” was developed by specialists of Japanese clinic “Jaeks”. This diet was made for the term of 13 days. The authors of the Japanese diet promise that after the use of this diet the metabolism will be reorganized to another working rhythm and the stable affect after the use of the diet will be held 2-3 years minimally without any other further efforts.
The most important conditions for using the diet are – it is prohibited to eat sugar, salt, alcohol, pastry and confectionary during 13 days, it’s allowed to drink mineral and boiled water without any limitations.
This is the low-calorie diet, in some days the calorie content goes down to 700 calories per day. It is possible to loose 7-8 kilos for 13 days. But it would be possible if you strictly obey the diet without changing dishes and their order (only eat the meal in the order written in the diet).
JAPANESE DIET MENU
Day 1
Breakfast: black coffee
Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, salad from boiled cabbage with oil, a glass of tomato juice
Supper: fried or boiled fish
Day 2
Breakfast: black coffee
Dinner: fried or boiled fish, salad from vegetables, cabbage with oil
Supper: 100gr of boiled beef, a glass of kefir
Day 3
Breakfast: black coffee, a cracker
Dinner: 1 big marrow fried in oil
Supper: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 200gr of boiled beef, salad from fresh cabbage with oil
Day 4
Breakfast: black coffee
Dinner: 1 uncooked egg, 3 big boiled carrots with oil, 15gr of hard cheese
Supper: fruits
Day 5
Breakfast: raw carrot with lemon juice
Dinner: fried or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice
Supper: fruits
Day 6
Breakfast: black coffee
Dinner: 0,5gr of boiled chicken, salad from fresh cabbage or carrot
Supper: 2 hard-boiled eggs, a glass of raw carrot with oil
Day 7
Breakfast: tea
Dinner: 200gr of boiled beef, fruits
Supper: any supper you want, except from 3-d day (boiled crabs are possible)
Day 8
Breakfast: black coffee
Dinner: 0,5gr of boiled chicken, salad from fresh cabbage or carrot
Supper: 2 hard-boiled eggs, a glass of raw carrot with oil
Day 9
Breakfast: raw carrot with lemon juice
Dinner: big fried or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice
Supper: fruits
Day 10
Breakfast: black coffee

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
It’s necessary to point out that Japanese diet contains minimal quantity of energy and is so called “quick diet” – you may loose 7- 8 kilos in a very short time period. Because of this, it’s possible to use such a meal only for a short time – no more than during 2 weeks. But after the course of Japanese diet it would be possible to eat in a normal way for 2-3 years without being afraid to return lost kilos.
